We strive to make your experiences with Border Collies In Action all pleasurable ones. We value you, the customer and want to make this as simple and quick for you as possible. In keeping with our goal to make your experience at Border Collies In Action quick and easy, we accept credit cards, PayPal, your personal check and money orders, or you can snail-mail your order if you have any security concerns. We accept phone orders. We also ranch, so sometimes we are out working dogs or cows or both, so please leave a message and we will get right back to you. Our toll free number in the US and Canada is 1-800-833-0332. Overseas orders please call 1-307-856-7601. We are on Mountain Standard Time and accept calls between 9 AM and 3 PM when available.
Regular shipping within the United States is Priority Mail through the U.S. Postal Service. Your shipping will be calculated on actual rates.
Premium Shipping is available in the US through FedEx or UPS and to countries outside the US by Express Mail through the Post Office.
Orders typically ship within two business days. If for any reason shipment of your order will be delayed, we will notify you by email so please make sure the email address you provide us is correct.
If you are dissatisfied with any product you have purchased through Border Collies In Action, you may return it for an exchange or refund within 30 days of purchase. When returning an item, all parts, pieces and printed materials must be in their original and resalable condition. Refunds will not be made on videos, but they may be exchanged on another video of your choice. Due to health concerns, whistles may not be returned.
Only damaged or incorrectly shipped items are eligible for a shipping and handling refund, otherwise all shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable.
When returning an item, please list the item(s) you are returning and the reason for the return. Upon receipt of the returned item(s) as outlined above, you will be shipped the exchange item or an electronic refund will be made to your credit card as you requested. If a refund is made, you will be sent a confirmation of the transaction by e-mail or mail.

We will not share or sell your personal information with anyone unless required by law. We may add your email address to our customer-only notification list, but every email we send to you using that list will have removal instructions prominently displayed at the bottom of the message.
